This Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as by the Client (“the Client’’) as listed on Schedule A below.

The client believes that the company possesses the necessary qualifications, experience, and abilities to provide cleaning services.
The company agrees to provide these cleaning services to the client based on the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
In consideration of the above matters and the mutual benefits and obligations detailed in this agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration are hereby acknowledged, the client and the company (individually referred to as 'party' and collectively as 'parties' to this agreement) agree as follows:

The Client hereby agrees to engage Tailored Clean Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 680 069 836) to provide services (the “Services”) as outlined below:
Bond/end of lease cleaning services include the following standard scope of work.
All Rooms
Remove cobwebs from ceilings, walls, corners
Clean all surfaces (shelves, skirting boards, ledges)
Clean light fittings, switches, and power points
Wipe down walls, doors, and door frames
Clean windows below 3m and ground level only (inside only), sills, and tracks
Vacuum carpets/mop hard floors
Clean air conditioning units (filters) and ceiling fans
Clean any vents or exhaust fans
Remove any nails or hooks (if allowed)
Clean blinds/curtains (dust or wash if required) - *Curtains may have exclusions.
Kitchen
Clean inside and outside of all cupboards and drawers
Clean benchtops and splashbacks
Clean stovetop (including burners and knobs)
Clean oven, grill, and rangehood (including filters)
Clean inside and outside of refrigerator (if included) – Behind refrigerator is excluded
Clean dishwasher (filter and seals)
Mop floors and clean skirting boards
Bathroom(s) & Toilet
Scrub shower (walls, screen, and floor)
Remove soap scum and mildew from tiles and grout
Clean bathtub, basin, and vanity
Clean mirrors
Clean all cupboards and drawers (inside & out)
Clean toilet (inside, outside, and around base)
Clean exhaust fans and vents
Mop floors and disinfect
Bedrooms & Living Areas
Dust and clean all surfaces
Vacuum carpets/mop floors
Clean built-in wardrobes (mirrors, shelves, tracks)
Laundry
Clean sink, taps, and cupboard surfaces
Clean washing machine and dryer (filters, lint traps)
Mop the floor
Garage/Outdoor Areas (if applicable)
Sweep and clean garage floor
Remove cobwebs
Clean walls and any shelves
Clean inside windows (below 3m and ground level) and sliding doors.
Tailored Clean shall perform the Services within the number of hours approved by the Client. The Client acknowledges and agrees that Tailored Clean does not warrant or guarantee that the entirety of the agreed scope of work will be completed within the approved timeframe.
In the event that the Services cannot be fully completed within the allocated hours, Tailored Clean shall notify the Client of any outstanding tasks. Upon such notification, the Client may elect to authorise Tailored Clean to complete the outstanding tasks in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
Any services requested by the Client that fall outside the agreed scope of work shall constitute Additional Services and shall be charged at the applicable hourly rate as set out in the Fees and Charges schedule. No Additional Services shall be undertaken without the prior written consent of both parties.

Before Tailored Clean can commence any cleaning services, the Client must ensure that all personal belongings and waste are removed from the property. Tailored Clean reserves the right to decline or postpone cleaning if such items remain on-site at the scheduled time.
Tailored Clean is not responsible for the disposal of rubbish or the relocation of personal items. Standard household furniture and kitchen appliances may remain in place for fully furnished properties.

Hourly Cleaning Service: Hourly cleaning service at the applicable rate.
Monday to Saturday $85.00 + GST per hour, per cleaner

Travel is charged at the applicable hourly rate for one cleaner, from Tailored Clean to the property and return.
The total travel time billed is communicated with you at the quotation stage

Clients are required to approve a set number of hours for each end of lease clean.
While Tailored Clean will provide an estimate based on the expected condition of the property, the actual time required may vary depending on the level of cleaning needed.
If the clean is more intensive or detailed than anticipated, Tailored Clean will carry out the agreed number of hours and aim to complete as much of the outlined scope as possible. Should additional time be necessary to achieve more cleaning tasks, the client will be notified and must approve any extra hours before the work continues.
The approval to the variation of hours required must be in writing via email or text.
The cleaning scope covers only the services explicitly stated in Section 2. Any additional services, changes in cleaning scope, or unforeseen circumstances may result in extra time billed at the applicable hourly rate, as approved by the client.
The Company conducts regular reviews of rates to ensure clients receive value at an affordable price. If any adjustments to the rates are made, clients will receive written notification. Tailored Clean reserves the right to update rates and fees as applicable.

The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate information regarding the property and required services;
Ensure safe working conditions;
Notify the Company of any hazards, damage, or special instructions;
Secure pets where necessary;
Advise of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products.
Ensure Children and Pets remain excluded from the work area where cleaning is being performed.

The Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.
The Client is responsible for ensuring:
Running water and electricity are available;
The property is safe to enter;
Aggressive pets are secured;
All Items, furniture, valuables, cash, and fragile items are removed from the property.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if the environment is unsafe.

The Client shall notify Tailored Clean of any alleged defects in the Services within 7 days of completion and must provide clear photographic evidence supporting the claim.
Upon review, if Tailored Clean accepts responsibility for the defect, it shall, at its discretion, re-attend the property at no additional cost to remedy the issue to a commercially reasonable standard.
Where a task has not been performed, such omission shall be attributable to the exhaustion of the approved service hours. Completion of any outstanding tasks shall be subject to the Client’s prior approval of additional time, which will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Any request for services that fall outside the originally agreed scope, or that were not specified at the time of booking, shall constitute a variation to the agreement. Such additional services, including any return visit required to perform them, will be charged at the applicable hourly rate plus travel costs.

A minimum charge equivalent to two (2) hours, plus any applicable travel costs, shall apply to all jobs, regardless of the actual time spent on-site. This minimum charge also applies to any additional or extra services requested by the Client, including any return visits authorised by the Client to complete outstanding or additional work.

Invoices for completed work are generally issued daily but may be issued within 7 days from the date the services are performed.
Invoice payment is strictly due within 7 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received by the due date without prior arrangement, a $15.00 late payment fee may be applied.
Failure to settle invoices by the due date may result in the temporary suspension of services until payment is received. Outstanding debts beyond 30 days, unless prior arrangements have been made, may be referred to a debt collection agency. Any costs incurred in recovering such debts will be at the expense of the client.

Any non-essential work shall only be undertaken with the client's permission. The client must provide express authorisation, including approval for any associated costs, before such work proceeds.

All bookings for services must be made via text or email and should be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the required start time. There is no guarantee, either express or implied, that bookings not submitted by email or text or that are not made within the specified timeframe will be processed.
Cleans should be scheduled by the client or delegate, specifying the date when the cleans are to be booked by emailing admin@tailoredclean.com.au or text the office phone on 0421 972 234.
Should Tailored Clean need to reschedule a cleaning date, this will only be done with the client’s agreement.
Cleaning requests may not be accepted due to unavailability, and an alternative cleaning date may be proposed.

Cancellations: Any cancellations to bookings must be provided with at least 24 hours’ notice. If 24 hours’ notice is not provided, the Clients may be invoiced the applicable minimum property attendance fee, at the applicable hourly rate regardless of whether cleaning services were performed or not.
Access Issues: If Tailored Clean is unable to access the property due to reasons beyond our control, Clients may be invoiced the applicable minimum property attendance fee, at the applicable hourly rate.
Occupied Property: If Tenants or animals are present at the property during the scheduled cleaning time, Tailored Clean will not perform services, and the minimum property attendance fee may apply.

Tailored Clean uses ‘For All’, an eco-friendly universal cleaning product, and supplies all standard cleaning equipment. If the client wishes to use an alternative cleaning product, this is to be supplied at the expense of the client and stored securely at the property.
The client is responsible for notifying Tailored Clean of any concerns regarding the use of ‘For All’ at the property as failure to restock the preferred products may result in Tailored Clean using our own products to complete the cleaning.
If the alternative product is unavailable and the client has instructed Tailored Clean not to use ‘For All’ Tailored Clean will make every reasonable effort to clean the property to the best of our ability. In this situation, the client agrees to pay the full invoice amount as usual, regardless of any resulting differences in the cleaning standard due to the lack of suitable products.
If a client's product is determined to pose a high risk to people or the environment, the client may be requested to provide an alternative product and Tailored Clean will not use the product for cleaning services.
Any additional or specialised equipment required to fulfill the scope of work must be provided at the client's expense.

We respectfully request that all interactions with Tailored Clean be conducted in a manner that is respectful, professional, and efficient. We are dedicated to providing the utmost kindness and professionalism to our clients and kindly ask for the same respect in return.
Failure to comply with this behavioural code may result in the termination of the services agreement.

Tailored Clean will conduct a risk assessment prior to undertaking cleaning services at the property. In some cases, the property may present additional hazards and risks that require specific control measures to ensure staff safety. Any proposed control measures will be communicated to the Client, and in some instances, this may incur additional expenses for equipment or personal protective equipment (PPE).
Despite the initial risk assessment, Clients are required to inform Tailored Clean of any known hazards or risks associated with the property. This includes any potential dangers or risks that we need to be aware of.
The Company may refuse to perform services where:
Hazardous materials are present;
Bodily fluids, needles, or biohazards are identified without prior agreement;
Unsafe conditions exist;
Abuse, threatening behaviour, or harassment occurs.
The Company reserves the right to leave the property immediately if safety concerns arise.

Clients acknowledge that pet-friendly properties may incur additional cleaning time due to the presence of pet hair and other related messes.

At Tailored Clean, we take customer satisfaction seriously and are committed to addressing any concerns related to our bond cleaning services. If Clients are not satisfied with the clean, the below steps are to be followed to ensure a prompt resolution.
1. Notify Us Promptly
Complaints must be submitted by no later than 7 days of the clean being completed.
2. Submit Your Complaint
When submitting a complaint, please provide the below details:
Description of the issue(s)
Photos showing areas of concern
3. Assessment
Once the complaint is received, we will:
Review the information and photos provided
Contact the client within 1–2 business days to discuss the issue
If necessary, arrange a return visit to inspect or rectify any reasonable concerns
4. Resolution
If the complaint is valid and applies to the original scope of work outlined in section 2.
We will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge, subject to availability
Re-cleans must be scheduled before the final property inspection
5. Limitations
Scope-Only Re-cleans: We only guarantee re-cleans for tasks included in the original agreed-upon scope of work.
Re-cleans Following Client Sign-Off: Once the client has completed their inspection and provided sign-off on the bond clean, Tailored Clean will not return to perform any further re-cleaning services. Sign-off indicates acceptance of the completed work.
Unoccupied Property: The property must remain vacant between the initial clean and any re-clean. We do not guarantee work on properties that have been re-occupied.
No Personal Item Interference: All personal items must be removed prior to cleaning. We are not responsible for areas blocked or inaccessible due to items left behind.
Excessive Dirt/Damage: If the property is excessively soiled, damaged, or neglected beyond normal wear and tear, we reserve the right to charge additional fees or refuse re-cleaning.
Undisclosed Conditions: Tailored Clean is not responsible for issues caused by undisclosed property conditions (e.g., pest infestations, mould, water damage, or hazardous waste).
Natural Deterioration: We do not guarantee results on surfaces affected by wear and tear, permanent staining, or aging (e.g., yellowing grout, worn flooring, rust, or etching on glass)
Weather Dependency: Outdoor cleaning services (e.g., windows, balconies, garages) are weather dependent and may be rescheduled or limited accordingly.
Re-clean Scheduling: Re-cleans are subject to availability and must be scheduled at a mutually convenient time within the required timeframe.
Final Inspections: Tailored Clean is not responsible for bond deductions resulting from issues unrelated to cleaning (e.g., maintenance, repairs, or tenant damage).

Both parties agree to keep any confidential or proprietary information disclosed during and after this Agreement confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

The Company will perform the Services with reasonable care and skill. However, Tailored Clean is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the Services, except in cases of negligence or wilful misconduct.
In the event of accidental damage or breakage:
The Client must notify the Service Provider within 24 hours of the service;
The Company may repair, replace, or compensate for damaged items where negligence is established.
The Company is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage;
Wear and tear;
Damage caused by faulty fixtures, fittings, or unstable items;
Loss of cash, jewellery, or unsecured valuables;
Mould, infestations, or structural issues beyond standard cleaning.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.

The Company acts as an independent contractor and is not an employee of the Client.
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment relationship, or joint venture.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 24 hours written notice. Upon termination, the Client will be liable for payment for Services rendered up to the termination date.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tasmania. Without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

This Agreement, including any attachments or service order forms, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. By proceeding to book or schedule services with Tailored Clean, the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement, regardless of whether a signed copy has been returned. The continuation of bookings and service requests will be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety.
