Our cleaning standards are exceptionally high, ensuring every property looks immaculate—like new—after each visit.
Consumables are thoughtfully arranged for guests, with linen and supplies restocked as needed. Any client-specific requests are carefully completed, leaving the property at a consistent 5-star standard every time.
Our team follows a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure no detail is overlooked. After each clean, clients receive a comprehensive cleaning report, including the number of beds used, cleanliness rating, condition notes, and supporting photos. This report supports clients in maintaining excellent Airbnb reviews.
Once the clean is complete, an SMS notification is sent to the client, and any caretaking notes are included in the report for full transparency and convenience.

Automatically included in our service is Property Management Assistance. For a small monthly fee, this service includes:
Reporting of caretaking notes to clients, along with supporting photos.
Optional coordination of gardeners and maintenance personnel as required.
Guidance on Airbnb calendar management.
Purchase and coordination of special consumable items not available in the Tailored Clean range.
These services allow Clients to reduce or remove the need for traditional property management, lowering associated fees.

Tailored Clean handles the laundering of all bed and household linen. Wet linen is transported to the Tailored Clean shed for professional drying, and dry linen is then placed in the client bay, ready to be returned to the property for the next clean.
A linen laundering fee per bed applies and includes household items such as towels, bathmats, hand towels, face washers, and tea towels.
For items such as beach towels, throws, and display cushions, an additional linen laundering fee may apply.

If clients do not supply their own linen, it can be hired directly from Tailored Clean. When this service is engaged, the property is fully stocked with linen, ready for use at each clean. As stock runs low, Tailored Clean replenishes it, ensuring clients always have an adequate supply.
This service removes the hassle of managing linen, letting you focus on hosting while we take care of everything behind the scenes.
Linen hire is charged per item, and a price list is available upon request.

During each clean, any guest consumables you provide are checked and replenished as part of our standard cleaning service. Essential items are monitored, and the cleaning report details anything that needs replenishing. Clients can either restock these items themselves or conveniently send them to Tailored Clean to be delivered to the property.
For added convenience, Tailored Clean can fully manage consumables on your behalf. When you engage this service, your property is stocked with all necessary items from our range, and supplies are automatically replenished as needed. Charges for consumables are included on your cleaning service invoice.
This service is especially beneficial for property owners who live remotely or are unable to manage stock themselves, providing peace of mind and ensuring your property is always guest-ready.

For an affordable monthly fee, clients can engage us to book cleans on their behalf. With this service, you no longer need to email us cleaning dates. By providing access to your Airbnb calendar, we check it daily and schedule cleans based on guest check-out dates.
This service is especially useful for busy clients who want to remove the step of coordinating cleaning bookings. By using this service, cleans are never missed, and there are no surprises for guests at check-in—your property is always guest-ready!

If a booked clean coincides with bin collection day, Tailored Clean will take out or bring in the bins as part of the standard cleaning service.
However, if the clean does not fall on bin day, our Bin Management Service can be engaged.
With this service, we visit the property each week to ensure the bins are put out for collection.
This convenient service is available for a small monthly fee.
